AEW WrestleDream is one of the most anticipated PPVs of the year, and it's easy to see why. The card is stacked from top to bottom with some of the biggest names in AEW, as well as some exciting newcomers.
Here's a closer look at some of the key matches on the card:
**Bryan Danielson vs. Zack Sabre Jr.**

This match is a dream come true for wrestling fans. Danielson and Sabre Jr. are two of the best technical wrestlers in the world, and they're sure to put on a clinic.
**Swerve Strickland vs. "Hangman" Adam Page**

This is a match between two of the most popular wrestlers in AEW. Strickland is on a tear right now, and Page is looking to get back on track after losing his AEW World Championship to CM Punk.
**AEW TNT Championship - 2-Out-Of-3 Falls: Christian Cage (c) vs. Darby Allin**

This is a rematch from their classic match at AEW Revolution. Christian Cage has been a great TNT Champion, but Darby Allin is determined to take the title off of him. Without a doubt this match will be fantastic it's Darby Allin he's a star but the question is will this be the time for Adam Copeland fka as Edge to make his debut in AEW.

**AEW World Tag Team Championship: FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) (c) vs. Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis)**

This is a match between two of the best tag teams in the world. FTR have been dominant AEW World Tag Team Champions, but Aussie Open are looking to take them down.
**Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho & Kota Ibushi vs. Don Callis Family (Konosuke Takeshita, Sammy Guevara & Will Ospreay)**

This is a dream match for wrestling fans. Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay are two of the best wrestlers in the world, and they're sure to put on a show.
I'm not sure where to think this alliance between Jericho and Omega is going if not to another Alpha Omega feud which I'm good with to be honest. That will give us time for Ospreay to do something else before we get him vs Omega again.
**ROH World Tag Team Championships: MJF (c) vs. The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch)**

MJF has been a great ROH World Tag Team Champion, but The Righteous are looking to take the titles off of him now that he is without his partner Adam Cole. I would expect a high level of shenanigans in this one.
**ROH World Championship & NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship: Eddie Kingston (c) vs. Katsuyori Shibata**

This is a match between two of the most popular wrestlers in the world. Eddie Kingston is on a tear right now, and Katsuyori Shibata is looking to get back on track after his injury. As a huge fan of shoot style pro wrestling I'm excited for this one.
**AEW TBS Championship: Kris Statlander (c) vs. Julia Hart**

This is a rematch from their classic match at AEW Double or Nothing. Kris Statlander has been a great TBS Champion, but Julia Hart is determined to take the title off of her. Julia should begin bringing gold back to The House of Black
**Winner Gets AEW Tag Team Title Match At Any Time: The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) vs. The Lucha Bros (Rey Fenix & Penta El Zero Miedo) vs. Orange HOOK (Orange Cassidy & HOOK) vs. The Gunns (Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn)**

This is a four-way tag team match for the chance to challenge for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. All four teams are extremely talented, and this match is sure to be a banger.
This one is just gonna be crazy, I think the Gunns should be the ones to win this they've been doing great work and their entrance is the best in wrestling today.
**Ricky Starks vs. Wheeler Yuta**

This is a match between two of the most up-and-coming wrestlers in AEW. Ricky Starks is on a tear right now, and Wheeler Yuta is looking to get back on track and a showcase match up with Starks is sure to entertain.
**AEW WrestleDream: Zero Hour**
**AEW World Trios Championship: The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) & Billy Gunn (c)vs. TMDK (Shane Haste, Mikey Nicholls, and Bad Dude Tito)**

The Acclaimed have been great AEW World Trios Champions, but TMDK are looking to take the titles off of them.
**Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty, Diamante & Mercedes Martinez vs. Satoshi Kojima, Keith Lee, Athena & Billie Starkz**

This is an eight-person tag team match that is sure to be exciting. All eight wrestlers are extremely talented, and this match is sure to be a banger. Everyone knows how I feel about a mixed tag match but it is great to see Clevelands own Shane Taylor getting on the show.
**Luchasaurus vs. Nick Wayne**

This is a match between two of the most exciting wrestlers in AEW. Luchasaurus is on a tear right now, and Nick Wayne is looking to make a name for himself. Good David vs Goliath match up.
**Claudio Castagnoli vs. Josh Barnett**

This is a match between two of the most experienced wrestlers in the world. Claudio Castagnoli has been great in AEW so far, and Josh Barnett is making his AEW debut at WrestleDream. This match is sure to be a technical masterpiece. I believe the plan was for this to be Mox vs Barnett but this match up will be equally as awesome. Expect this match up to be a love letter to catch wrestling and Pancrase.

**Conclusion**
AEW WrestleDream is one of the most anticipated PPVs of the year, and it's easy to see why. The card is stacked from top to bottom with some of the biggest names in AEW, as well as some exciting newcomers.
