Edge Reportedly Removed From WWE Roster, Could Be Heading to AEW

According to a report by PWInsider, Edge has been removed from WWE's internal roster of active wrestlers. This has led to speculation that the 11-time world champion could be headed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

Edge's contract with WWE expired last month, and he has not yet signed a new deal. He has been teasing a retirement from wrestling, but he has also hinted at a possible move to AEW.

AEW has been aggressively signing top talent, and Edge would be a major coup for the company. He is one of the most popular and respected wrestlers in the world, and he would instantly become a top contender for the AEW World Championship.

It is still unclear what Edge's plans are for the future, but his removal from WWE's roster is a significant development. If he does sign with AEW, it would be a major boost for the company and would create a lot of buzz in the wrestling world.

In addition to Edge, AEW has also signed several other former WWE stars in it's short existence including CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, and Adam Cole. The company is clearly building a roster that can compete with WWE, and Edge would be a major addition to their lineup, and with the firing of CM Punk they could use a well known marquee star.

We will have to wait and see what Edge decides to do next, but his removal from WWE's roster is a sign that he is at least considering a move to AEW. If he does make the jump, it would be a major coup for the company and would create a lot of excitement for fans.
